Biography

Born with a passion for electronics and a curious mind, I embarked on my journey in the world of technology. I am an Electronics Engineer and Assistant Professor. My academic pursuit began in the heart of Russia, at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. There, I earned my my Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems. My thesis on designing and evaluating an SDR algorithm for the GNSS GLONASS system laid the foundation for my future endeavors. After that, I earned from the same institution my M.Eng. in Electronics, delving into the realms of radar, navigation, and control systems. It was during this time that I crafted my master's thesis, a Software Defined receiver for the GNSS Galileo system. These academic ventures led me to delve into various fields. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Engineering, specializing in electronic engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia.

My career as an professor took off at the Sergio Arboleda University in Bogotá until September 2023. As an Assistant Professor, I have developed and taught a plethora of courses, ranging from Internet of Things to Digital Signal Processing, enriching the minds of students and sharing my knowledge. In the midst of my academic journey, I also ventured into the industry. I served as an Engineer and Researcher at the Center of Excellence and Appropriation in Internet of Things (CEA-IoT), crafting tailor-made solutions for diverse commercial sectors in Colombia. Throughout my journey, I've embraced numerous opportunities for growth. From my role as a contractor and instructor in air traffic safety electronics at the Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia, to a doctoral research stay in Moscow, where I explored nonlinear filters for heterogeneous sensor fusion in the Intelligent System Laboratory at BMSTU.

I embarked on my journey as a Senior DSP at Samay Health, stepping into an atmosphere pulsating with enthusiasm and innovation. With a vision firmly anchored in reimagining healthcare through the lens of technology, Samay Health stands as a beacon of transformative change. I am incredibly eager to contribute to, and learn from, the captivating projects that lie ahead.

My story continues to unfold as I embrace challenges and explore new frontiers in the fields of Machine Learning, Internet of Things, and more. My journey has been defined by my resilience, discipline, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
